ABOUT JOB
we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Part-time Administrative & Customer Coordinator to join our team. If you are passionate about the fashion industry and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Order Support: Assist with daily office administrative tasks; process, enter, and verify wholesale orders in the system.
- Customer Communication: Handle basic customer emails and inquiries, organize, company orders, customer profiles, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Operations Assistance: Support the team with basic inventory checks, system data maintenance, and other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to handle daily business correspondence smoothly.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with basic computer operations, including MS Excel, Email (Gmail/Outlook), and ERP/order systems.
- Work Attribute: Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working responsibly under a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: A quick learner with a strong team-player mindset and a positive attitude.
Benefits & Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 10am-2pm& 12pm-4pm
