Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to handle our lender accounts and support out team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with appraisers and lenders ensure high customer retention, satisfaction and growth.

You will handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the lending industry and appraisal management process
  • 2+ years of experience in leading teams or Account Management
  • Familiarity with web-based applications and software
  • Enthusiastic and self reliant
  • Top-level problem solving skills
  • AMC experience a definate plus
  • Ability to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours (9am-5pm)

 

Pay: $50,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
