Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Coach: Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones and team meetings to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor Quality: Review and assess all outbound activity (calls, emails, and appointments set) to ensure alignment with messaging, tone, and qualification standards.
- Own the Numbers: Track performance metrics and KPIs across your team. Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion and consistency.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing sales talent. Support onboarding and training programs for new team members.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work cross-functionally with the Outside Sales team and Market Manager to ensure alignment on territory goals and growth initiatives.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage team scheduling, timecards, and ensure operational compliance with company policies and tools.
- Drive Results: Create a high-performance sales culture that consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly team goals.
Who You Are
- Proven experience managing or leading a sales team (inside sales, outbound calling, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communicator with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
- Organized, analytical, and data-driven in managing performance and process
- Comfortable giving constructive feedback and fostering a performance-first culture
- Familiar with sales CRMs (NetSuite a plus) and Google Workspace tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
