Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Provide clear updates, documentation, and status reporting to internal teams and clients.
- Track client hours and manage assigned budgets with attention to detail.
- Contribute to smooth internal and cross-functional handoffs to support client outcomes.
- Gather and help organize performance data to support reporting and insights preparation.
- Ask questions to connect deliverables to broader client objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Apply ZGM values in communication, collaboration, and team interactions.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital, or client-facing roles, ideally in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with core digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Ability to follow scopes, timelines, and internal processes reliably.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, responsive, and able to balance quality with deadlines.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn foundational marketing strategy and account management practices.
