JOB DETAILS
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
- Applicants must reside within this territory: Hertfordshire and Essex (South) area; you will join UK & Ireland Field Sales team.
- You must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- You hold a full United Kingdom driving licence (with no more than 3 points).
- The role requires travel of approximately 75%.
- Drive recommendations and adoption of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring products across Community and Primary Care settings, with a strong focus on market access activity.
- Support implementation of local Integrated Care System and Clinical Commissioning Group real-time CGM policies by driving new patient initiations and appropriate switches from competitor technologies.
- Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to deliver territory objectives.
- Provide product training and in‑servicing to relevant healthcare professionals using innovative and compliant engagement methods.
- Manage your territory strategically, prioritising accounts and activities based on customer and business needs.
- Use customer relationship management and available data insights daily to identify opportunities, track activity, and support sustainable sales growth.
- Contribute to increasing Dexcom market share and achieving sensor sales targets in line with company expectations and values.
- Exposure to diabetes, medical devices, or the National Health Service environment.
- Experience supporting Primary or Community Care accounts.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or evidence of relevant professional development.
