Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Responsibilities
- Strategy and innovation: Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations
- Strategy and innovation: Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders
- Strategy and innovation: Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs by driving work lanes independently
- Strategy and innovation: Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs
- Strategy and innovation: Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
- Strategy and innovation: Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care
- Analytics and Reporting: Integrate disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention
- Analytics and Reporting: Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics
- Analytics and Reporting: Enhance data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses
- Project Management: Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines
- Project Management: Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines
- Project Management: Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan
- Travel: ~5% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with value-based care, End-of-Life care, healthcare administration, or healthcare quality
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Strong executive communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical and strategic skills
- Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
- Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams
- Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple work lanes
- Willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets
- Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate workload and specific growth opportunities
