ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Client Success Coordinator to join our Dedicated Support Team.  The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a high volume of orders with meticulous attention to detail, excelling in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for this important client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, addressing them with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Work with management to identify and resolve complaints and operational concerns promptly with optimal outcomes for all relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and orders.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven experience in a customer support, administrative, or coordination role – ideally in a high-volume, time-critical industry.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer support, administrative, or coordination roles required.
  • Experience in high-volume, time-critical industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software (eg. Google, MS Office)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google and MS Office software required.
