ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Client Success Coordinator to join our Dedicated Support Team. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a high volume of orders with meticulous attention to detail, excelling in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for this important client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, addressing them with efficiency and professionalism.
- Work with management to identify and resolve complaints and operational concerns promptly with optimal outcomes for all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and orders.
- Assist with data entry and reporting as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proven experience in a customer support, administrative, or coordination role – ideally in a high-volume, time-critical industry.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer support, administrative, or coordination roles required.
- Experience in high-volume, time-critical industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software (eg. Google, MS Office)
- Advanced proficiency in Google and MS Office software required.
