Job Description
JOB DETAILS
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, consulting, business operations, analytics, or related environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and support operational decision-making
- Translate strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams
- Launch new markets
- Improve care delivery workflows
- Shape how the company scales
- Partner closely with the VP of Clinical Operations to translate enterprise operating design into repeatable execution across teams, systems, and vendors
- Independently drive work forward across teams as a strong operator
- Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives is a plus
- Startup, healthcare, or value-based care experience is a plus
- Experience working with clinicians, operators, or technical teams is a plus
- Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity and know how to create structure. As an early-stage company, priorities will shift quickly and this role is expected to flex into new areas based on where the business needs the most support
- Operational Acumen: You are detail-oriented and systems-minded. You can document processes without over-engineering them. You can balance near-term execution with long-term system building
- Collaboration: You are comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains. You operate with influence, not authority
- Drive to Learn: You ask good questions and spot gaps others miss. You are excited by roles that don’t have rigid boundaries and are willing to step into what is most needed. You are motivated by learning quickly and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
