ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support daily service operations and help create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and building strong communication skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and general support needs.
  • Provide accurate and professional information in a timely manner.
  • Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer experiences.

Pay: $4,048.23 – $4,875.29 per month
