ABOUT JOB

 

Our company is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, multitasking, and supporting a busy office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule in-home estimates and appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and change orders
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer records and files

Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday and Saturday: Off

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000, based on experience
  • Paid time off
