We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to connect callers efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information clearly and confidently.
  • Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
  • Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofreading documents, and organizing files to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle clerical duties like typing correspondence, updating databases with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and supporting bookkeeping activities.
  • Assist with office support functions including phone etiquette, managing incoming emails, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed.
  • Maintain a professional environment by ensuring the front desk area is organized and welcoming for visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills while maintaining attention to detail through proofreading and accurate data entry.
