ABOUT JOB

 

The ideal Customer Service Representative will be responsible for performing the below job functions including but not limited to:

  • Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Correspond with customers and internal and external company representatives on all matters related to the order
  • Perform general office and clerical tasks
  • Other related Customer Service/ Order Entry office duties as deemed necessary

 


Qualifications

  • Prior experience entering purchase orders within a manufacturing setting/sales office environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls
  • Proficiency in use of computers and related software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented work ethic

Additional Information

Schedule: Full-time (9am-5pm), Monday-Friday

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
