JOB  SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry/Customer Service to join our team! Our ideal candidate would be Mac computer savvy with e-commerce or Shopify experience, great multi-task skills, have enthusiastic attitude, hardworking. You will need to be have strong work-ethic and attention to detail at a fast-paced office. You must have at least 2+ years data entry experience.

In this vital role, your proactive approach will help maintain accurate records and optimize our data processes to drive business success.

Requirements:

• Mac Computer savvy
• Shopify backend experience required.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed.
• Proven experience with office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Pages, Numbers, Google Docs
• Familiarity with clerical tasks such as order entry, and data collection.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to inventory records.
• Prior office or administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.

Some of the Duties include:

• Manage data entry tasks with precision
• Maintain accurate records through filing, data collection, and updating databases to ensure data integrity.
• Creating purchase orders
• Support office operations by managing filing systems, handling administrative paperwork, and assisting with basic math calculations for inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data collection processes and streamline administrative workflows for increased efficiency.
