ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in databases and spreadsheets
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Generate reports and retrieve information as requested
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure data accuracy
Perform general administrative duties when required
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative role
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with data management systems and databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Basic analytical and reporting skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
Full-time or part-time position available
Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods
