Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to keep records organized and easily accessible
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls professionally and providing exceptional customer support
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing appointment schedules
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and document proofreading
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of handling large volumes of data entry efficiently
- Knowledge of office management procedures, clerical experience, and general administrative skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining data integrity
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment
