We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
1. Recording Financial Transactions
Entering sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into accounting systems.
Attaching all invoices/receipts to transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
2. Managing Accounts Payable
Scheduling and making payments.
Scheduling Subs Payments
Monitoring outstanding bills and due dates.
3. Managing Accounts Receivable
Preparing and sending customer invoices.
Recording customer payments.
Entering deposits
Following up on overdue accounts.
4. Bank Reconciliation
Comparing company records with bank statements.
Entering/matching/reconciling Credit Card Statements
5. Payroll Support
Recording payroll transactions.
Assisting with employee wage calculations and deductions.
Maintaining payroll records.
6. Maintaining General Ledger
Ensuring all accounts are balanced and updated.
7. Preparing Financial Reports
Producing reports such as:
Profit and Loss Statements
Balance Sheets
Providing financial information to management.
8.Compliance Assistance
Maintaining records required for tax filings.
Ensuring all filing receipts are attached
Assisting accountants during tax preparation and audits.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
9. Budget and Expense Monitoring
Tracking company expenses.
Monitoring spending against budgets.
Reporting unusual financial activities.
10. Filing and Record Keeping
Organizing financial documents and receipts.
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
