ABOUT JOB
Entry-Level Marketing & Administrative Assistant – Part Time
$25/hour with a guaranteed minimum of 3 hours per day of pay, regardless of how much work is required that day.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to take over the digital and print marketing for a local service business and provide light administrative and accounting support throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing social media
- Assisting with sales coordination and follow-up
- Returning customer phone calls and messages in a friendly, professional manner
- Performing light accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, or payment tracking
- Supporting general administrative functions as needed
This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone who doesn’t need full-time hours but values steady part-time income and variety in their work. The role offers the freedom to work independently and balance personal responsibilities—whether that’s time with family or other projects—while being part of a small, supportive team and gaining insight into small business operations.
