JOB DETAILS

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with recruiting, event booking, and other general administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with job postings on various job boards and recruitment platform

– Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates

– Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and other platforms

– Maintain an organized candidate tracking system

– Coordinate onboarding and assist with new hire paperwork

– Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and management team— Assist with office tasks such as email management, data entry, and scheduling

– Coordinate all levels of events from vendor/solicitation selection, to application and licensing process, to successful execution

– Maintain/develop/update, in extreme detail, database system with past/current/future events, connections, and points of contact

– Provides the highest standard of customer service and serves as the primary point of contact for all event queries and event staff

– Provide support in various office tasks to help the team operate efficiently and achieve its goals.

Qualifications:

– This is an entry level position, no qualifications needed.

– Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support preferred not required.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
