we are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our high-performing management team.

Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant is the backbone of operations  — an organized, professional, and unflappable force who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this critical role, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, helping manage schedules, communications, and confidential information with discretion and ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to members of the executive and management teams
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas; take and distribute minutes when required
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information
  • Support client relations efforts, including scheduling, follow-ups, and customer service correspondence
  • Handles special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Organize and maintain executive files, contact databases, and document archives
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficiencies

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior-level managers, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-unit environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must — bonus points if you’re a spreadsheet wizard!)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
  • Unmatched attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
