  • Support workshops, leadership meetings and cross-functional events
  • Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants to support broader business priorities
  • Use initiative and sound judgement to manage ambiguity and maintain workflow momentum

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication capability
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Experience preparing high-quality presentations and professional documentation
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, action registers and governance processes
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • A collaborative and adaptable working style
  • Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities simultaneously
