ABOUT JOB
We’re looking for a part-time proactive, highly organised all-rounder to support our leadership team and keep the office running smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, meetings, travel, and prepare agendas and minutes, while also overseeing day-to-day office operations, suppliers, and catering.
We require a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in executive assistant or office coordination roles.
You’ll be the first point of contact for calls and enquiries, support sales and warehouse teams with quotes and orders, and assist accounts with basic reconciliations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this position.
You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
