ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a high-energy, solutions-driven Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and leads by example. You will support executive-level administrative needs while also stepping into daily operations to ensure the front desk and patient experience run smoothly.
This is not a passive administrative role. The ideal candidate is proactive, intuitive, and hands-on, with strong leadership skills and a willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive and Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Nursing
- Assist with scheduling, communication, reporting, and operational follow-ups
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities
- Serve as a liaison between departments to support communication and execution
Front Desk Leadership
- Lead and support the front desk team to ensure a high-quality patient experience
- Maintain accountability for front desk coverage, workflow, and performance
- Step in to support front desk operations during high volume or staffing gaps
- Coach team members and reinforce expectations and standards
Flexibility and Coverage
- Adjust schedule as needed to support operational demands
- Fill in for call-ins or staffing gaps, including front desk coverage
- Support the team during peak times or unexpected challenges

- Previous front desk or patient-facing leadership experience
