  • Lead and support the front desk team to ensure a high-quality patient experience
  • Maintain accountability for front desk coverage, workflow, and performance
  • Step in to support front desk operations during high volume or staffing gaps
  • Coach team members and reinforce expectations and standards

Flexibility and Coverage

  • Adjust schedule as needed to support operational demands
  • Fill in for call-ins or staffing gaps, including front desk coverage
  • Support the team during peak times or unexpected challenges

What We Are Looking For

  • Bubbly, energetic, and engaging personality
  • Strong initiative and follow-through
  • Highly intuitive and able to anticipate needs
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Comfortable balancing administrative work with frontline support
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and appropriate workplace boundaries
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
