ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team . You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors—making a lasting first impression and helping maintain a smooth and welcoming front office environment.
About the Job
- Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
- Escort visitors to meet with employees, ensuring they reach their destination safely and efficiently.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about office services and amenities.
- Provide event support as needed, including setup and coordination.
- Support and work with the security team to ensure safety and compliance.
- Offer general office front desk support, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, with occasional flexibility required.
- You will report to our Facilities Manager.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Organization: Attention to detail and ability to multi-task on several tasks at once.
- Ability to resolve issues and handle unexpected situations.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,800-$80,000 per year
