ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements for staff or executives
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for daily administrative tasks
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining positive communication channels
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management
- Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued
