ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for client records and office documents.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Operate office equipment such as phone systems, computers, and printers efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including supporting other staff members in their tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with calendar management and basic clerical functions is beneficial.
