ABOUT JOB

 

Schedule: Mon – Fri; 7:45am – 4:30am

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting walk in customers, answering phones, filing, and preparing invoices..
  • Performing other duties as assigned including constant commutation with HR.
  • Assisting with other accounting duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills (in person and over the phone).
  • Proficient at typing, maintaining spreadsheets,
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Acute attention to detail.

Experience:
