ABOUT JOB
Schedule: Mon – Fri; 7:45am – 4:30am
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting walk in customers, answering phones, filing, and preparing invoices..
- Performing other duties as assigned including constant commutation with HR.
- Assisting with other accounting duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Customer Service skills (in person and over the phone).
- Proficient at typing, maintaining spreadsheets,
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Acute attention to detail.
