We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator of our office environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the office
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, registering patients, etc
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports and correspondence
  • Provide support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in medical roles or as an administrative assistant is advantageous
  • Experience with insurance verification is preferred
