ABOUT JOB

We are a locally owned, well established insurance agency seeking an enthusiastic receptionist who enjoys being a part of a team, engaging with customers and can provide personalized customer service!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet every client with a client first attitude
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Clerical/data entry
  • Processing payments
  • Filing
  • Claims processing
  • Assisting Insurance Agents

Candidates must be efficient with computers/programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.)

Insurance experience is not necessary!

Hours: Monday-Friday, Part Time, 8:30-3:00 PM

Potential full-time offerings may be available.

Pre-employment screening and Reference checks.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
