JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily human resources functions and administrative operations within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior nursing home experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Staffing, or related office roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and employee onboarding processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Assist with employee relations and HR-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and department managers
- Assist with staffing and scheduling functions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
