ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to keep our front office operations humming while supporting the HR Department and all team members.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations and administrative support functions
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Support HR programs and projects, employee communications, and personnel records
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and company initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and potential hires

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology tools
  • Previous administrative, customer service, and human resources experience required
