ABOUT JOB
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to keep our front office operations humming while supporting the HR Department and all team members.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and callers while creating a positive first impression of our organization
- Manage front office operations and administrative support functions
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Support HR programs and projects, employee communications, and personnel records
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and potential hires
Minimum Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology tools
- Previous administrative, customer service, and human resources experience required
