Job Description
ABOUT JOB
The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees.
What You Will Work On:Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides HR support to employees
- Completes verifications of employment
- Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system
- Send out new hire welcome gifts
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Answering HR-related inquiries by email or phone
- Scanning documents into shared system
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be motivated, and results-driven
What You Will Bring:
- Experience with Dayforce
- Previous payroll software experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or pursuing a degree in HR or related field of study
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
