ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support our recruiting efforts and help keep our hiring process moving efficiently. This hourly role focuses on active sourcing, applicant coordination, and timely communication with hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and encourage application
- Review applicant pools and coordinate with hiring managers to create shortlists
- Schedule interviews promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the process
- Track candidate progress and support timely follow‑up
- Assist with general HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks
