ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is seeking an HR Generalist/Office Administrator to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role supports day-to-day HR administration and office operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, records, compliance, employee service requests, and office management. This is a Full-time, hourly position.

What You’ll Do

● Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, job postings, orientation materials, and new hire setup.

● Support HR administration by maintaining employee records, responding to routine HR inquiries, and assisting with benefits, payroll, and compliance-related processes.

● Help manage employee communications, recognition activities, and routine employee service requests with professionalism and confidentiality.

● Oversee day-to-day office administration, including supplies, vendor coordination, phone directory updates, shared office processes, and routine facilities or administrative follow-up.

● Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR Director and leadership team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and other departmental needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR support, HR generalist, or office administration role.
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms; experience with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and processes simultaneously.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service orientation toward employees and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on routine processes with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support administrative efficiency, communication, and routine workflow improvements.

Schedule: 38 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Compensation: Starting Salary $55,000 annually which equates to $27.83 per hour

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
