JOB SUMMARY
.We are seeking a detail-oriented and perceptive Human Resource Assistant to join our team and contribute to effective human resource management aligned with our organizational mission.
Job Details
- Salary: From $45,000 to $60,000 per year
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain applicant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct professional and engaging onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain personnel files and perform monthly audits to comply with federal and state laws.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination and severance letters.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans, including annual open enrollment and employee communication.
- Maintain compliance with state-specific human resource laws and legislation.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment through daily activities and employee engagement.
- Represent the company professionally with clients, staff, and external partners, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
