Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring workflow-from job posting and applicant tracking to candidate screening and onboarding coordination. The efforts of this role will result in getting support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in leading independent lives!

Key Responsibilities
- Gather position requirements, including new roles and replacement needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate list of current job openings and oversee external advertisement.
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy before forwarding for further evaluation.
- Schedule candidates for screenings or interviews based on the recommendation of the HR Coordinator.
- Conduct reference checks and document findings.
- Maintain reports, including metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status.

Qualifications
A high school diploma is required for this role, with an associate’s degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should ideally have previous experience in office or administrative support, although this is not mandatory. The position calls for strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
