ABOUT JOB
We desire someone who shares our passion to join our HR Team as we rapidly grow. Your ability to work quickly, quietly, efficiently and accurately while maintaining positivity and confidentiality is our priority. As a result, many of the skills below are teachable, but needed, for the right person to join our growing HR Department. We are looking for a part-time candidate to work 4 hours daily in the 9-5 pm range, Monday-Friday.
- Complete HR clerical duties including employment verifications.
- Answer the HR department phone, communicate professionally, and transfer calls to the applicable department as needed.
- Enter data in our HRIS system including wage garnishments.
- Assist with seasonal HR projects including benefits open enrollment.
- Complete monthly audits of our seasonal, part-time and minor employees.
- Travel to the local post office regularly.
Requirements:
General administrative and HR experience.
Ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to juggle many tasks and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and upbeat personality to maintain a positive culture.
Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality in a communication-sensitive department.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for 4 hours daily.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferable.
Complete written and oral knowledge of the English language.
Ability to adhere to all company policies.
Ability to work in person for all shifts.
Willingness to have a background check for employment.
