Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills: as you’ll be interacting with people throughout the day on the phone, the ability to understand their needs is critical for closing sales
- Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet
Responsibilities
- Represent Fortune 500 brands to assist customers in making informed purchasing choices, building important relationships, and expanding the value of their selections
- Apply a one-call sales approach, improving every interaction to increase your earnings
- Attend regular progress meetings with your expert coach to work towards personal goals that will drive success – and earnings!
- Assist customers in finding the products they need, such as internet, TV, phone, home security, and more; all calls are inbound and leads are generated by in-house marketing teams and sent directly to you
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Proven growth mindset: training on our sales processes and support development of new and existing skills; open to learning and innovative approaches
