Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and poise.
- Publish correspondence.
- Publish invoices to clients.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with staff and clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Liaise with firm stakeholders including clients, court staff, barristers clerks and professional offices, and others.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Prior experience with Leap Legal or other practice management software ideal but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with office equipment.
