Marketing Assistant

Job Description

JOB  SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts (funnels, automations, CRM workflows, integrations)
• Build, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including socials
• Write high-converting ad copy, landing page copy, and funnel messaging via email campaigns
• Execute consistent A/B split testing (creative, copy, offers, funnels) and iterate based on performance
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to align on strategy and execution
• Implement and optimize landing pages, forms, and funnel flows within GoHighLevel
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, or funnel issues quickly and effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (bonus if you’ve managed multiple sub-accounts)
• Strong background running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Solid copywriting skills—especially for direct response marketing
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
• Strong communication skills—able to take direction and execute without hand-holding
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)

• Experience working with agencies, gyms, or health/wellness brands
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, tracking pixels, and attribution
• Experience building funnels and landing pages from scratch
• Understanding of affiliate tracking or performance-based marketing

• Clear improvements in CPL, CPA, and conversion rates over time
• Funnels and automations run smoothly across all sub-accounts
• Strong collaboration with team and partners without bottlenecks

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
