Job Description
ABOUT JOB
The Marketing Assistant will contribute across a range of digital marketing functions, including email marketing, online properties and social media.
Job Responsibilities:
Email and Event Marketing:
- Build and deploy event campaigns in coordination with internal teams and across departments. Track and report on performance
- Create and update microsites and provide technical support for large-scale events
- Publish and distribute thought leadership campaigns, working closely with attorneys throughout the production process
Website:
- Post new content and update existing pages on the firm’s website and other online properties
- Perform ongoing website QA and maintenance; assist in development of new features and functionality
- Prepare online analytics reporting
Social Media:
- Track and report on social media engagement metrics
- Publish content and monitor social media activity across channels
Special Projects:
- Support the marketing team in strategic digital and technology initiatives
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing or Communications degree preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Technically savvy and able to master new applications quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required. Knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

- Understanding of the pressures of working in a corporate environment and ability to manage stress effectively
- Able to balance competing priorities while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for legal marketing activities and goals
- Overtime work often required. Occasional weekend work required
Salary:
- $65,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
- Overtime work is often required, including nights and weekends.
