ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive office team. This position is a key support function within the business, providing administrative assistance across general office operations, customer service, sales order processing, and logistics coordination.
You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office while working closely with a range of internal teams.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone commencing their career following the completion of their School Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate front reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and screening incoming calls, and directing enquiries appropriately
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, typing, and record management
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly reporting and SQF-related analysis
- Prepare and print monthly production documentation, including Production Books and Records
- Process and coordinate sales orders, investigate short supplies, and manage customer claims
- Liaise with transport companies and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Prepare documentation to support sales, logistics, and compliance activities
- Provide administrative support to management as required
