ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, administrative workflows, and internal coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong organizational, operational, and coordination skills while working in a structured but fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience managing multiple workflows and supporting key business functions.
This is a position where attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability are essential, but where consistent performance leads to meaningful skill development and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle incoming communications and assist with document preparation
- Manage office inventory and coordinate supply orders
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
Data Entry & Record Management
- Perform accurate data entry and system updates
- Maintain and organize records, documentation, and operational data
- Assist with basic financial and administrative record tracking
- Ensure information is current, accurate, and accessible
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate schedules across multiple parties and timelines
- Communicate with vendors and team members to confirm availability
- Assist with travel and logistical arrangements when needed
Task & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks and track each through completion
- Prioritize responsibilities based on urgency and deadlines
- Follow up consistently to ensure nothing is missed
- Support improvements in organization and workflow efficiency
Compliance & Documentation Support
- Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation
- Ensure records are properly completed and filed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education Requirement
