ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Administrative Assistant to serve as a key part of our daily operations. As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in delivering a professional, efficient, and friendly customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident on the phone, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities – Office Administrative Assistant
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Perform collections calls to assist with timely client payments
- Coordinate technician dispatch and schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Maintain accurate office records, files, and documentation
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations
- Assist with drafting proposals and written communications
Qualifications – Office Administrative Assistant
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an office or administrative role (Required)
- Strong phone presence and ability to manage a high volume of calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (Preferred)
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
