ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for a dependable, organized Office & Sales Administrator to join our team. This position supports the day-to-day operations of our local branch — keeping the office running smoothly while providing administrative support to our service and sales teams.
What You’ll Be Doing: This is a general administrative role with variety. Responsibilities will include data entry, document management, correspondence, scheduling support, and assisting the team with day-to-day office needs. Prior industry experience is not required — if you’re organized, tech-comfortable, and take ownership of your work, we’ll train you on the rest.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Professional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Previous office, administrative, or sales support experience is a plus, but not required
