ABOUT JOB

 

Our company is looking for a highly organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations.

Hours

M-F: 8:30-5:00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately
  • Greet customers, vendors, installers, and trade partners
  • Help keep office communication organized and moving
  • Support sales staff with administrative tasks
  • Assist with customer follow-up, scheduling, and internal coordination
  • Track open items and make sure tasks do not fall through the cracks
  • Help organize documents, emails, customer information, and vendor details
  • Assist with sample checkout/check-in documentation when needed
  • Support billing, payment follow-up, or proposal-related administration as assigned
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready office environment

Requirements

  • Prior office, administrative, customer service, showroom, or operations experience preferred
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and business software
  • Able to manage multiple small tasks without losing track
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Comfortable working in person in a showroom/office environment
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn internal systems and processes

Pay: $62,500.00 – $70,500.00 per year
