Job Description
ABOUT JOB
This role is part-time 24 to 30 hours a week
To offer support to inner office personnel concentrating in many facets including entering orders, vendor relations, inventory management, data entry.
- To keep in mind you are the first impression of our company and remain professional, courteous and pleasant at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain Vendor, Customer, Health, Safety and Environmental files in appropriate electronic and paper versions.
- To assume an equal share of daily housekeeping duties as assigned by management to maintain office appearance.
- Proofread and type letters as requested.
- Open & distribute incoming mail in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and production supplies, tools, etc.
- Assist Accounting and/or Purchasing Department with data entry, filing, and any other aspect needed
- Assist with Accounts Receivables – create, date, scan and send invoice(s) to customers.
- Knowledge of ERP system
Maintain organized filing system for all A/R’s.
- To provide support to office staff as priorities allow including helping assist departments with special projects, organization, and personal tasks.
- Assist HR with aspects when needed.
- Assist with data entry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)
