We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties

  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events across teams.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and organize supplies for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer support roles such as medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Personal assistant or office experience that includes bookkeeping or bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous. Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
